libmemcached-dbg software package provides Debug Symbols for libmemcached, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmemcached-dbg
libmemcached-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmemcached-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmemcached-dbg *
You will get with libmemcached-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
